A simple design, yet very sturdy and high quality, precisely made cutting board. It's made of a natural block of FSC-certified Ashwood hardwood, smoothly polished, coated with food and environment-friendly oil, and later coated with a transparent protective lacquer. Sometimes juices come out of meat, vegetables, and fruits when cutting them, and they leak and stain your table or towel. It won't happen with this cutting board, because it has a special grove all around the cutting board to collect the juice that is coming out. They end up in the bigger cutout groove, from where you can pour the juice back on the meat, or in the sink.
